Hello, and thank you for considering a stay at one of our homes. 

My name is Dominic and I along with my wife, Stacy, are the owners and operators. We don't use managers or management companies. This equates to MUCH better overall guest experience, as there is no slow-to-respond "middleman" getting in the way.

We have been hosting at various properties since 2006, and nothing matters to us more than our guests' safety and satisfaction. These aren't just investment properties — they are our homes where we continue to make lasting memories with friends, family and sometimes even strangers. We love sharing our vacation homes with others and hearing how each guest enjoys their stays, making memories of their own.

I have been a professional designer for over 30 years, and my projects have been featured in industry publications, YouTube channels, and on local radio. I poured every ounce of my passion for design into our homes, and I thrive on creating environments everyone can enjoy. I've always gravitated to eclectic yet cohesive environments as opposed to just copying the latest, single style. I find this approach to be the key in creating original spaces that feel warm (like home). I have a hard time stopping on improving our properties, so you may find something new each time your visit. 😀

At the time of this writing (July 2025) we have twin 17-year-olds, Super Dom and Eva, who make us proud every day. As a family some of our interests are listening to good music, interior/exterior design, landscaping, gardening, photography, videography, traveling, biking, scootering, pottery, skiing, and weight training. RANDOM FACT: There was a time in my life where I spent many laborious months developing one of my margarita recipes on very willing test subjects. I'm a bit obsessed with them, but people don't seem to mind. Oh, and we have a Shichon dog, Oscar (AKA: KING BOSCAL THE THIRD), we simply adore, and 9 chickens! 

In a nutshell we are just a normal family, and as cliche as it may sound, one thing I can promise you, as our guest, is that you will be treated like family.
